  1. Who can I contact with questions & concerns?

    You may call (248) 280-4800 and speak with Marjorie in regards to any Web-Based Training concerns! Or, you may e-mail Marjorie at officeadmin@quality-one.com

  2. Will I receive a Certificate?

    Yes, there is a Certificate of Completion issued by Quality Associates International, Inc. at the completion of a course. However, the student must acheive a final exam score of 70% or greater in order to receive the Certificate.

  3. How do I purchase a course?

    You may go to www.quality-one.com and click the "WBT" link and then click your course. The screens will then prompt for your information and payment information. You may also call 248-280-4800, speak with "Marjorie" and pay-by-telephone.

  4. How long is my course active for?

    All courses are active for 90 days, with the exception of our Six Sigma Black Belt course (It is active for 6 month).

  5. Will my computer be compatible with your WBTs'?

    As long as you have Adobe Flash Player 8.0 or higher, your system should function correctly with our Web-Based Training System.
